We highly recommend making warranty registration an integral part of your Duroflex shopping journey. While we stand by our quality standards, there might occur a scenario when you are not satisfied with your purchase. Warranty registration will enable us to help you claim the warranty benefits you deserve.
We strongly advise you to register the Warranty within 10 days of purchase. The warranty details are present in the warranty card that comes along with the mattress. The warranty details for other products are mentioned on the respective product page on the website.
Once you provide us with all the necessary information via the Warranty Registration Form, we generate a Warranty Number that is shared with you via email within 48 - 72 hours. You can use this Warranty Number to claim your warranty if the need arises.
An invoice is a mandatory document for registering the warranty. In absence of the invoice, We won't be accepting the request.
